Dataset collected as part of a study to investigate knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) associated with the management of microbial keratitis (MK) by private pharmacies and traditional healers in Siraha, Nepal. The dataset contains questionnaire responses provided by traditional healers in the region. These cover: the type of patient to whom healers provide treatment, type of eye disease/conditions treated, pain relief treatment, ingredients used in treatment, treatment duration, remedy preparation process, charges applied (if any), and when they would refer patient to an eye hospital/health post.
Researchers wishing to access the dataset are asked to provide ethics approval and sign a data sharing agreement prior to data access.
The dataset contains two tables, LOG_2B_KAP_Questionnaire_TH and LOG_1_Demographics.
