The research aimed to understand how a comprehensive case management GBV response intervention can influence access to care and health and safety outcomes among refugee GBV survivors. To our knowledge, this pilot evaluation is one of the first in a refugee camp setting to evaluate an intervention that aims to respond to violence against refugee women using a task sharing approach. The study used a parallel convergent mixed methods study design. This dataset contains quantitative data collected from female survivors accessing GBV services.
The Dadaab GBV Research Team recognises its obligations to share study findings with the communities in which they work for the purpose of learning, research and policy making in the fields of violence and gender-based violence prevention and response in humanitarian settings. The Research Team also recognises its obligation to protect the rights and confidentiality of the study participants and communities. In line with these considerations, the Research Team can only make make the quantitative data available in a de-identified form on a case-by-case basis. When contacting the data creators, please outline the variables being requested using the list below.
