This file contains the text labels for cancer variables used in the Read and ICD-10 morbidity code files for cancer. Cancer overall and each site-specific cancer is identified using binary indicator variables as follows:

ca_lung			// 1=lung cancer
ca_breast		// 1=breast cancer
ca_prostate		// 1=prostate cancer
ca_pancreas		// 1=pancreatic cancer
ca_melanoma		// 1=melanoma skin cancer
ca_non_melanoma		// 1=non-melanoma (keratinocyte) skin cancer
