top_cs=topical corticosteroids
tcal= topical calcineurin inhibitor
oral_cs=oral corticosteroid
aza= azathioprine
metho= methotrexate
cic= ciclosporin
myco= mycophenolate
potency= Flag topical steroids into mild, moderate, potent (based on BNF header)
injection=flag for injected treatments.
